Secretary General of the ANC, Fikile Mbalula, has announced that the ANC is taking the IEC to court over the registration of uMkhonto weSizwe party.

The ANC aims to disprove the legal grounds on which the MK party was registered, however the IEC and MK party stand firm in their claim that due legal diligence was followed in the registration of the MK party. LN24SA’s Wanda Sigagayi reports.
