Political tensions rise

Members of the African Congress for Transformation (ACT) are accusing leading members of the party of being involved in malice, fabrication and manipulation of electoral lists. The members, especially in the North West, have written to the party leader, Magashule, to express their concern over the alleged altered list of candidates.

According to reports, members have raised the issue that the names on the list are not the ones they selected. The disgruntled branch members explained that the people on the lists have never done any political work in the regions and branches.
