Pastor Chris ushered the global congregation into the month of prayer during the June.

Every year, June is designated as the month of prayer, and this year is no exception, as confirmed by the man of God during the recently concluded service. Pastor Chris read from the book of John 14:12-13, highlighting the words of the Lord Jesus. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. Putting this into context, Pastor Chris explained that the church is to continue the works of Christ, as highlighted in Isaiah 53, where it is said that God’s seed shall prolong the days of our Lord Jesus on earth. Therefore, the church carries on the works of Christ.

Through prayer, the church establishes God’s will and performs greater works. We thank God for our man of God, Pastor Chris, for teaching us how to pray rightly and effectively to get results. In this month of prayer, we will surely pray as taught. I am excited about the changes we are going to make in our cities, nations, churches, and families. It is a month of asking and receiving because receiving is a very important part of praying. Glory to God.
