Zambia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mulambo Haimbe, hailed the reopening as a sign of “renewed and strengthened commitment” between the two nations. Israel’s Ambassador to Zambia, Ofra Farhi, also expressed enthusiasm and pride, saying the reopening represents the culmination of “months of dedicated work and mutual goodwill.”
