“We must fight this battle together  with unity, clarity of mission, and unwavering focus,” he said.

General Dwivedi pointed to recent global conflicts as cautionary examples, citing the role of technology, cyber operations, drones, and unconventional tactics in transforming battlefields and catching unprepared militaries off guard.
