THE HEALING STREAMS LIVE HEALING SERVICES: TEACHING THE DEITY OF JESUS CHRIST

The thing that came to mind as I watched this excerpt is how God, through the Man of God Pastor Chris, was sent to answer these question and bring many to the full knowledge of Christ – because in deed, DAY 1 of the October Edition of the HSLHS answered the questions that were articulated by Joe Rogan, and perhaps even harboured by many others.

And so, we ought to revisit the crucial teaching from the Man of God and President of Loveworld Incorporated, the highly esteemed Rev Dr Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD, in which he teaches that Jesus is Adonai. Pastor Chris, first began by bringing our attention to Mathew 22 from verse 41, looking at the question that Jesus asked the Pharisees. Let;s kindly revisit that moment.

This is easily one of the most crucial interactions that Jesus had, which showed the limited understanding of those who accused him of blasphemy when he said he was the Son of God. But, here is what is crucial to note about the questions that the Master Jesus asked the Pharisees.

As you study the Bible, you’ll be enthused to discover who Jesus truly is. For instance, John 1:1-4 teaches us that “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men”. Verse 14 of the same book then states that “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth”. This first means that Jesus is the Word of God made flesh or encapsulated in a human body; and secondly it means that when Jesus walked the earth, He looked as ordinary as everybody else, yet He was Himself God – because He was the word of God become flesh; and you do not separate a person from His words. And with this understanding, it bears mentioning that Jesus was, therefore, the God that spoke to Moses in the burning bush. He was the One that called Abraham out of Haran and said, “Walk before me, and be thou perfect; I am the Almighty God” (in Genesis 17:1). He was the One that stood before Moses and said, “Take your shoes off your feet for where you are standing is holy” (in Exodus 3:5).

Similarly, After Jesus rose from the dead, He appeared to His disciples. But one of them, Thomas, wasn’t there; so he doubted the resurrection of Jesus. Then, Jesus appeared to the disciples on another occasion; this time, Thomas was present, and Jesus engaged him in a dialogue. He said to Thomas, “…Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing” (in John 20:27).

Thomas reached out his hand, and felt the holes in the Master’s hands and the hole in His side. Awed at this, Thomas exclaimed, “…My Lord and my God” (John 20:28)! When Thomas addressed Jesus as God, Jesus didn’t say, “No, Thomas, don’t call me God; you’re going too far.” He accepted it because Thomas spoke reality. Jesus is Himself God: He is God in a human body. He is Adonai, the Lord, God!

JESUS IS ADONAI AND THE SON OF GOD

Now, one might then ask, “Why is He called the Son of God if He’s Himself, God?” Many ask that question because they don’t understand the true meaning of the expression, “Son of God.” “Son of God” doesn’t mean one that’s born of God; rather, it means God in a human body. Jesus is Adonai; the Lord, God. He was the One that said to Moses, “Your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob knew me as El Shaddai, but I’m Jehovah” (Exodus 6:3). Jehovah is Yahweh. This is why the Jewish people had difficulty accepting Jesus Christ ordinarily, because everything written about Jesus in the Scriptures and the things He said of Himself, show that He is Adonai. Now you can understand why His Name has all power.

Think about it: that seemingly ordinary man of Galilee was actually God Almighty, walking the streets of Israel, but they didn’t know it, to the point they even killed Him. John says, “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own; and his own received him not” (John 1:10-11). Here, John was talking about Jesus, the incarnate Word!

IN JESUS CHRIST DWELLS ALL THE FULLNESS OF THE GODHEAD BODILY

The Apostle Paul even added to this revelation by telling us that in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead, bodily. This means that when you see Jesus, you wouldn’t need to look out for the Holy Spirit or the Father; because He is the complete embodiment of Deity.

Once again, as we study the Bible, we’ll be enthused to discover who Jesus truly is. And that is why I am excited that Joe Rogan is a member of a Bible studying Church, because it means he will inevitably come to the conclusion that Jesus is Adonai, the Son of God, the incarnate Word, in Whom dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily. Also, thank God for the ability given us to rebroadcast the HSLHS, because it means we can take this message to people around the world, including personalities like Joe Rogan and Konstantin Kisin, because God is not a secret to be kept, as we are taught in Matthew 5:14-16 (in the MSG translation).

Now, you’d also recall that we’ve highlighted the reality of divine healing as taught to us by the Man of God and the president of Loveworld Incorporated, the highly esteemed Rev. Dr Chris Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD, when he taught on sound codes. In light of the many miracles that took place during the HSLHS, it’s important to revisit the reality of divine healing. So, in the just referenced teaching, the man of God Pastor Chris reveals that speech creates sound waves, and the original source material for creation is sound! This is because sound is the energy produced by words. Furthermore, when God spoke, creation came into being. This shows us that His words possessed the energy that formed and caused everything He said to materialise. And when we consider the question on why God had to speak? Or why He simply did not make everything without speaking? We learn that, it is because God was giving us a precedent and, more importantly, showing us the importance of sound coding. And in this case, Rev. Dr Chris Oyakhilome explains that sound coding is the assignment of meaning, interpretation, and communication of sound or the cognitive process for the creation of sound.

Well, there are actually scientists who have performed experiments that echo what the Scriptures teach about sound codes. Take Japanese scientist Dr Masaru Emoto. He claimed human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water. One of the experiments he did was to place different written words on water and to note the effect it had on water crystals. From his experiment, it can be seen that different words and their intention have different effect on the structure of water crystals, with words such as, Thank You, Love, Compassion, Truth, Peace, Love & Gratitude, Humility etc creating beautiful crystal structures and unkind words creating distorted, non-symmetrical dysfunctional crystal structures.

As incredible as this revelation is, it also provides an explanation for the undeniable reality of divine healing. Think about it: Pastor Chris was ministering in Nigeria to people all over the world, and when he would speak worlds declaring healing or commanding devils to leave a person, wherever the person is, there would be a response. Well, in light of sound codes and how water responds to words, we ought to consider that approximately 55% to 78% of the human body is water. And so, that water surely can also respond to words!

HISTORICAL CONTEXT: THE COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT IN NIGERIA 

The Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 legal framework was a piece of legislation that sought to allow the government to control church operations. The law passed by President Buhari on August 7th allowed for the establishment of a commission to regulate, coordinate and monitor non-governmental organisations, a move the Christian leaders “completely reject” as it “brings the Church which is technically grouped among the NGOs, under control of the government.”

At the centre of the contention provoked by this Act was Section 839 (1) and (2) which empowers the Commission to suspend trustees of an association (in this case, the church) and appoint the interim managers to manage the affairs of the association for some given reasons. And in light of this provision, Christian leaders asked how can the government sack the trustee of a Church which it contributed no dime to establish? But, perhaps even more importantly, how can a secular and political minister be the final authority on the affairs and management of another institution which is not political?

The Christian leaders then resolved that the Church cannot be controlled by the government because of its spiritual responsibilities and obligations, and thus called on the Federal government to stop the implementation of CAMA law until the religious institutions are exempted from it.

Similarly, in this period, the Man of God and President of Loveworld Incorporated, being the highly esteemed Rev Dr Chirs Oyakhilome DSc DSc DD spoke against the efforts at regulating the Church, especially efforts by the Nigerian Government to reduce the time of Sunday services. And he stated emphatically that the government had no right to regulate Churches and determine how long services take; even exclaiming that he was appalled that others would have the audacity to tell Christians how many hours we can spend in Church or in worshiping God.

THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE CRL COMMISSION IN SOUTH AFRICA WANTS TO REGULATE CHURCHES

But, while the Church in Nigeria pushed against diabolical efforts aimed at regulating the affairs of the Church, governments in other nations are attempting the same failed script, and one of them is that in South Africa. Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva, who is the chairperson of the Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious, and Linguistic Communities (or simply the CRL Rights Commission)… she wants to overhaul the system and have structures that hold Church leaders accountable. And as alluded to earlier, beneath the cloak of accountability lies a diabolical plan to make Churches into secular organisations accountable to the state. So, the CRL Commission Chair also speaks of a vetting process for Pastors in particular. And, I say she speaks of Pastors because it appears that while the commission speaks of the regulation of religious organisations, the chairperson is more interested in Christian Leaders.

THOSE IGNORANT OF THE GOSPEL & SPIRITUAL REALITIES CANNOT TO REGULATE THE CHURCH

What also appears to be influencing the demand to regulate Churches and Church leaders, in addition to satanic inclinations, is also just pure ignorance. For some context, in the Scriptures, we learn of various Man of God, Prophets and key figures who heard from God, which means that God has a proven desire and record of communicating with His people. In fact, we can even take the intercession that Abraham conducted as an example, where in Genesis 18:33 it then reads that, “When the LORD had finished speaking with Abraham, He departed, and Abraham returned home”.

Similarly, in John 10:27, Jesus describes the intimate relationship between himself and his followers, emphasizing that his true followers recognize and follow his guidance, stating that “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” Also, in Acts Chapter 9, on the road to Damascus, Saul (who became the Apostle Paul) encountered the glory of Christ as a blinding light from heaven, heard a voice asking why he was persecuting Jesus, and was temporarily blinded. Well, in light of this context, I’d like to play this excerpt to expose the ignorance of those with the audacity to call for the regulation of the Church.

WE ARE ENGAGED IN A SPIRITUAL WAR, AND THE WAR ON CHRISTIANS IS A GLOBAL CONCERN

Now, what we see happening is far from being a South Africa or African problem. In Ukraine, the freedom to practise one’s faith is also being targeted. You would have observed headlines especially in the month of August 2024 revealing that Zelenskyy has banned the Church in Ukraine. Dozens of priests were also being targeted, and it appears that this was done in part in order to divide Christians concerning the proxy war!

In the UK, children are being indoctrinated with Muslim teachings – while Christians are being arrested for praying outside of abortion clinics. In fact, Reform UK councillor Francesca O’Brien says Welsh parents were branded racist for objecting to an unannounced Islam lesson at a Swansea primary school.

Well, indeed, we have surely prayed, and continue to pray. Therefore, in this glorious Year of Completeness, all satanic and globalist agendas are suspended; they will live in our world, and we will not live in theirs, as we wrap up the Church age. And so, let us keep fighting the good fight of faith, because we have truly already won.
