The February 2026 Global Communion Service with Rev. Chris Oyakhilome DSc, DSc, DD ushered believers worldwide into a deeper understanding of the Word of the Month: The Throne Room a divine call to function from the place of authority where Christ is seated. This second Communion Service of the year emphasized that the believer’s power, influence, and dominion flow directly from the throne of God.

Drawing from Ephesians 1:15–21, Rev. Chris explained that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead and seated Him far above all principality, power, might, and dominion is at work in the Church today. From the Throne Room, Christ reigns over every government, system, and authority both in this world and in the one to come and believers are seated with Him, empowered to enforce His will on the earth.

The Communion Service reinforced the truth that believers are called to reign in life now, not in the future alone. Referencing Romans 5:17, Rev. Chris highlighted that kings rule with words, and where the word of a king is, there is power the dynamic ability to effect change. As participants partook of the Communion, they declared God’s authority over nations, institutions, and personal circumstances, aligning the world with divine order and purpose.

The service also shed light on the diverse expressions of God’s grace, as seen in the book of Acts. From Peter’s extraordinary healing grace to Paul’s unique anointing, believers were reminded that grace is given intentionally for impact. In this Month of the Throne Room, the Church is called to recognize its God-given grace and boldly exercise authority in fulfilling the Gospel mandate.

The February Global Communion Service concluded with a strong charge to live consciously from the Throne Room speaking with authority, acting in faith, and advancing the Gospel with confidence knowing that all power belongs to Christ, and His Church reigns with Him.
