September 19, 2026: The second edition of the Luke 10:9 Conference commenced at 4:00 p.m. yesterday, bringing together participants from different parts of the world in a continuous, global gathering focused on advancing the Gospel, mobilizing the Church, and taking the healing power of God to the nations through the Healing Streams Live Healing Services with Pastor Chris.
The conference commenced at the Healing Streams studio in Lagos with an opening segment hosted by Loveworld’s Executive Minister of Healing, Health & Social Services, the esteemed Pastor Deola Phillips. “Healing opens doors for preaching the Gospel and for the demonstration of God’s Kingdom. The Healing Streams provides an avenue to announce the Kingdom of God,” she declared in the course of the program.
With an ongoing series of engaging segments hosted from various locations worldwide, this conference is proving to be a strategic platform for preparing partners, ministers, and Christians everywhere for the October edition of the Healing Streams Live Healing Services (HSLHS), now just 34 days away.
Participants are joining from different nations and time zones, reflecting the global reach of the Healing Streams and the healing to the nations mandate. Through diverse presentations, exhortations, discussions, and mobilization sessions, attendees are being equipped to take personal ownership of the responsibility to heal the sick, win souls, and extend the influence of God’s Kingdom into their communities and beyond.

Central to the conference is the D.O.O.R.S.T.E.P. Strategy, a global penetration framework designed to take the Healing Streams directly to people wherever they are. Inspired by the Scripture in Luke 10:9, after which the program was named, the strategy calls for deliberate involvement with Digital platforms, Outreaches, Offline reach, Radio/TV broadcast, Saturation of places, Translation initiatives, Engagement of young people, and Projects to reach strategic institutions.
Sharing on the effectiveness of this sublime strategy, the highly esteemed Pastor TT Temisan, Loveworld’s Executive Minister of Information, talked about prisoners who were released from prison and had started language churches as a result of their participation in the Healing Streams right from prison.“The man received hope in prison and got released,” he testified. “The number of times prisoners released is beyond count, and that was the beginning of an entirely different life for them and those they would touch.”
The conference also emphasizes the five pillars of Healing Streams mobilization, commonly referred to as the 5 Ps: Prayer, Publicity, Personal Evangelism, Penetrating Places & Languages, and Partnership. Through these action points, the global audience is encouraged to activate their networks, resources, platforms, and personal influence in the mobilization effort leading up to the October HSLHS.
As the conference continues, its various segments are helping to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders and inspire greater participation in the global mandate.
