Rhapathon 2026, the global faith outreach hosted by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and the LoveWorld Incorporated, began on Monday, May 4, 2026, and is set to conclude tonight with its final session at 7 p.m. GMT+1.
Over the past several days, the event has drawn viewers from around the world through daily live broadcasts, prayer sessions, worship and teachings centered on the spread of the gospel through the devotional classic Rhapsody of Realities.
Pastor Chris highlights the divine significance of Rhapsody of Realities
During the penultimate session on Thursday night, Pastor Chris delivered a message emphasizing what he described as the divine origin and eternal purpose of Rhapsody of Realities.
He told participants that the devotional is far more than a human initiative.
“Rhapsody of Realities is a special material given to us by God. When you understand this, you will know that this is not the work of a man; it’s the work of God.”
According to Pastor Chris, God moves uniquely in every generation, assigning responsibilities to His people at critical moments in history. He urged believers not to remain passive observers, but to recognize the significance of the era in which they live.
“There are things God does in certain generations and one has to find their place and play their role. Do not just be a spectator. God brought us into that time and age for a special reason.”
A call to understand the times
A major theme of the message was spiritual awareness and the importance of understanding divine timing.
Pastor Chris challenged the global audience to consider the question of personal responsibility in God’s plan, asking believers to reflect on the significance of the role each person has been given.
He said understanding one’s place in time is essential because God, in His wisdom, sees beyond present distractions and temporary concerns.
“It is important to understand the times. It pays to know your place in time.”
He added that when God calls His people to action in His kingdom, He already understands the many competing choices and distractions they face. Yet, according to him, God places before them something infinitely more important.
“He presents us with something more vital because it’s all about eternity.”
Final session expected tonight
Tonight’s concluding session is expected to mark the culmination of several days of intense global participation, with thousands joining from multiple countries through the broadcast platforms and right here on LN24 International.
As Rhapathon 2026 draws to a close, organizers say the central focus remains unchanged: mobilizing believers worldwide to expand the reach of Rhapsody of Realities and strengthen the church’s commitment to evangelism.
For many participants, the final night is expected to serve not only as the end of this year’s edition, but also as a renewed call to embrace their role in what Pastor Chris described as God’s purpose for this generation and a continuation to ”powering the race to the last lost soul.”
