Countup to A Night of a Thousand Crusades: Global Evangelism Event Set for August 28

Preparations are intensifying for A Night of a Thousand Crusades (NOTC), a global evangelistic initiative scheduled for Friday, August 28, 2026, with thousands of Christian outreaches planned across cities, nations and continents.

Organised under the Rhapsody End-Time Teaching Crusades initiative and associated with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the event is designed to mobilise churches, ministers, groups and volunteers for simultaneous Gospel outreach around the world. The official campaign describes the initiative as a coordinated effort to bring the message of Jesus Christ to people who have not yet been reached.

With four days remaining, the campaign has entered its final preparation phase. The official programme includes a two-week Road to NOTC Live Show, global media training and a Global Town Hall Meeting ahead of the main event.

The main programme on August 28 will feature a 48-hour global broadcast, moving across time zones as participating crusades take place around the world. Organisers are encouraging churches and ministry networks to register their crusades so they can be included in the campaign’s global tally and live map.

The initiative combines physical crusades with community outreaches and digital participation. Organisers are also mobilising volunteers for mission trips and providing media and operational resources to support participating teams.

As the countdown continues, the campaign is positioning August 28 as a major international evangelism mobilisation, bringing together thousands of local outreaches under one global mission: reaching the world with the Gospel in one night.
